Alexa Michaelis provides engaging 10 to 15 minute astrology readings that offer meaningful insight into a life decision, relationship, career shift, or whatever is currently on a guest’s mind. Using each guest’s birth chart as a personalized guide, every session delivers clarity, direction, and a little cosmic fun.

Experience Details

Experience Fee: $1,500 / day

Reading Length: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes per guest

Guest Capacity: Alexa can typically accommodate four to six guests per working hour. Final capacity depends on reading length, scheduled versus walk-up participation, and the overall event flow.

Booking Length: Up to eight consecutive hours onsite, including setup, breakdown, one meal break, two additional breaks, and up to six working hours of guest readings.

Additional Hours: Additional working hours may be added for $250 per hour, subject to availability and any resulting travel or scheduling requirements.

Guest Information: Guests should have their birth date and birthplace available. An exact birth time is preferred for a more detailed reading but is not required to participate.

Guest Flow: Readings may be scheduled in advance or offered as a walk-up experience. The event planner is responsible for managing appointments, the guest line, and event flow.

Planner and Venue Responsibilities

The event planner is responsible for providing and styling the astrology lounge, including all furniture, décor, signage, lighting, and operational materials.

At minimum, Alexa will require:

• One table and two comfortable chairs
• Reliable WiFi access
• A well-lit area
• Water throughout the activation
• A quiet or semi-private environment where guests can speak comfortably
• A system for managing scheduled appointments or walk-up participation

Any venue access restrictions, insurance requirements, credentials, parking instructions, or load-in details must be provided before the event.

Available for Events Worldwide

Alexa is based between Mexico City and Los Angeles and is available for domestic and international events. Travel expenses are quoted and billed separately.

Travel Expenses

The $1,500 experience fee does NOT include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, baggage fees, parking, or per diem.

Estimated travel expenses will be provided in advance and billed separately. Final travel costs may vary based on availability and the timing of the booking.

Payment, Cancellations, and Date Changes

The $1,500 experience fee is due in full to secure the booking.

All bookings are final and nonrefundable. Requests to change an event date will be reviewed individually and are subject to Alexa’s availability. Approval of a date change is not guaranteed. Nonrefundable travel expenses and other costs already incurred remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
