Experience Details

Experience Fee: Starting at $2,000

Session Length: Custom-directed, styled portraits — pacing depends on event flow and guest volume

Photo delivery: Images are provided for guests immediately, retouched and ready to share on social media 

Guest Capacity: Final guest capacity depends on event length, guest count, and creative scope

Booking Length: Onsite time is scoped per event, including setup, breakdown, and the full active shooting window. Most common is 2 hours of session time.

Additional Hours: Additional coverage may be added; pricing depends on scope and availability — message for a custom quote

Guest Flow: Photos may be scheduled around key event moments (e.g., cocktail hour, step-and-repeat) or offered as a walk-up experience throughout. The event planner is responsible for managing the guest line and overall event flow.

Planner and Venue Responsibilities

The event planner is responsible for providing the shoot area, including any additional furniture, décor, signage, or props beyond the core lighting and photo setup.

At minimum, this activation requires:

• A dedicated shoot area with adequate space for lighting equipment
• Reliable power access
• Reliable WiFi access (for instant guest delivery)
• A well-lit or controllable-lighting environment
  

Any venue access restrictions, insurance requirements, credentials, parking instructions, or load-in details must be provided before the event.

Available for Events Worldwide

Michael M. is available for domestic and international events. Travel expenses are quoted and billed separately.

Travel Expenses

The experience fee does NOT include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, baggage fees, parking, or per diem.

Estimated travel expenses will be provided in advance and billed separately. Final travel costs may vary based on availability and the timing of the booking.

Requesting Your Date

Please submit your preferred date, event location, activation hours, and estimated guest count through our chat before purchasing.

Availability will be confirmed within 72 hours. Please do not purchase until your event date has been confirmed.

Michael M. is the founder of We Are Magicians, an award-winning filmmaker and visual artist with 20 years of experience behind the camera. Over the course of his career he has shot thousands of headshots and portraits while working with brands including Nike, Puma, Marriott, Four Seasons, Hilton, and many more.

Payment, Cancellations, and Date Changes

The experience fee is due in full to secure the booking.

All bookings are final and nonrefundable. Requests to change an event date will be reviewed individually and are subject to availability. Approval of a date change is not guaranteed. Nonrefundable travel expenses and other costs already incurred remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
