ThermNeck & Upper Back | Therabody

ThermNeck & Upper Back is a cordless, wearable neck massager combining five targeted therapies — dual Theragun-powered percussive therapy, kneading massage, heat, far-infrared and near-infrared LED light therapy — to relieve neck and upper back pain, stiffness and tension.

Designed to target the muscles associated with everyday neck pain, tech neck and tension headaches, it delivers treatment across the neck and trapezius muscles while you sit, stand or recline.

Customize the percussive speed, kneading massage pattern and heat level to give your neck exactly what it needs — whether you’re taking a break from your desk, recovering after activity or winding down at the end of the day.

Backed by science to ease stiffness, relieve tension and speed up recovery, ThermNeck & Upper Back delivers comprehensive neck and upper back relief, wherever and whenever you need it.
